The Room Where It Happens

In Hamilton, Aaron Burr spends the entire show trying to get into the room where it happens.

You're invited.

My session room sits on the water in Oxnard Shores, with boats 15 feet outside the door. Leadership teams walk in and have a reaction. Every. Single. Time.

Dark blue accents that put people at ease. A 75" interactive Vibe board designed specifically for running EOS sessions. A lounge area for when we need to change the energy, think differently, kick back and laugh, or celebrate a win. Definitely not for napping. I've totally not napped on the couch. That would be silly, to nap on the couch when nobody else is there.

The fridge is stocked with beverages and great snacks. The superautomatic espresso machine makes lattes and cappuccinos that will ruin you for office coffee forever. Meals are served on real plates with real silverware.

Your office has baggage.

We're talking 50+ lb baggage that Delta would charge you extra to check. The drama between Bob and Linda. The guy asking everyone to buy candy for his daughter's school fundraiser and nobody wants to but it feels awkward to say no. Jim, who hasn't gotten over the fact that his idea got shot down six months ago and has made it everyone's problem ever since.

Leave all of that behind. This room has no memory. The conversations that seem impossible to have at your conference table happen easily here.

It's called The Room Where It Happens for a reason.
